Is it possible to transfer data from my Ultra watch to a new 14 Pro Max?

My iPhone 14 Pro Max's touchscreen has gone out and since I am new to iPhone it didn't back up my data on the cloud. Now I am getting a new phone today and trying to figure out a way to retrieve my old data to the new phone.

iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 16

Unless you actively turned off the feature, the iPhone backups up to iCloud automatically when the screen is off and it's connected to Wi-Fi and power for an extended period of time, such as overnight.

You cannot restore an iPhone from a Watch backup however.

You can log in to https://icloud.com, then click scroll all the way to the bottom, and click on "Your Storage". Any backups will be marked as the purple section of the line in the storage usage graph there.
