I uploaded my music library to Music iCloud and I have an Apple Music subscription, but some of the songs from my personal library are not available and I get the above notice. What is going on?

What is going on here. Song’s previously available on my IPhone are now not playable in the ITunes app. The error message: This song is not available in your Country or Region.
I did not make any settings changes and I automatically install upgrades. I still have the hard data files and cds but even after loading the cd again the data is not playable in ITunes. What is going on?
Apple Music is mainly for paid subscription streaming from Apple's library. Use a third party player for personal collections.
