Constant problems with Safari, continuing through several updates. FIX IT, Apple!!!! This has gone on FAR TOO LONG!!!

Apple, please fix this issue... some of us CAN'T upgrade to Ventura, and being stuck with a browser that doesn't work right half the time is getting really, really old. I have faithfully installed every Safari and Monterey update. The problem does not go away.

The first time I invoke Safari, it takes forever to load, often gets hung, painfully works it way through my bookmarks at a rate of about one every 2 seconds (instead of the instant popup I have always seen). It takes forever to load websites I use all the time. I have not changed any settings, unless the upgrade to Monterey changed them for me. I have lost count of the number of hangs I have... it takes valuable minutes of my work day to send a report to you, as Safari won't work while the report is generating/sending. And the reporting doesn't seem to make a difference anyhow.

Mail has been a constant issue, too. I can see the list of new emails, but not read, print, or reply. Don't tell me it's my particular email that's the problem... I have used the same emails forever (gmail?????), and have not changed anything BUT Safari and the Mac OS. I do not want to uninstall and reinstall, and should not have to.

I have used a Mac since 2011, and use an iPhone daily. I have never had these issues with Safari or Mail until now. You have had MONTHS to fix this. Please DO IT!!!!!
