Yellow Circle

Does anyone know why a yellow circle has started appearing in the top right hand corner of my watch whenever I’m doing a workout (any workout, whether it’s a walk, run, swim etc)? All my workouts are set as open goals, so I don’t have any specific workout times set. And my watch isn’t in low power mode. So I’m sort of stumped as to why it’s suddenly started appearing. My guess is I’ve accidentally selected something random. All help gratefully received.

That yellow circle means your watch is in low-power mode. There's a special setting just for the Workout app that puts the watch into low-power mode but continues to track heart rate in the background. Once you end your workout, the watch should return to regular power mode (i.e. goes into low power mode only when using the Workout app)

You can turn this setting off in the Watch's Settings app > Workouts app and toggle off Low Power Mode.
