Hi,
I am using rogers as my ISP. Whenever I connect to my wifi network my phone shows up as two devices on the ignite wifi hub app. If I disconnect the wifi then both disappear. If I reconnect to the wifi network then both devices appear. Anyone know what this is?

Update: I now have three devices showing for my iPhone when I turn private address on lol.
What happens if you.......
Tap Settings on the Home Screen
Tap Wi-Fi
Tap on the blue "i" next to the name of the Wi-Fi network
Scroll down and turn off Private Wi-Fi Address
You may need to power off the Wi-Fi router and then power it up again

When you have enabled Private Address, it helps reduce the tracking of your iPhone across different Wi-Fi networks. So, your privacy is improved if you use the phone on different Wi-Fi networks.
If you only use the phone on your home network, then you can turn off Private Wi-Fi Address.
If you leave Private Wi-Fi Address on, you will continue to see two listings for the iPhone on the Wi-Fi router. No need to worry about this.

I might have spoke too soon. Yes at first I was left with one address. Afterwards I closed the wifi app then went back on it refreshed the page and I’m back with two devices for my one iPhone. Should I be worried of this or is that something normal in the software world ?
Power off the router, wait a minute, then power it back on.
Your router is handling Private IP Addresses in a strange way. You might want to ask the Rogers support people about that.

For what it's worth, I have Private Wi-Fi Address turned off. I leave it off.
