Family member keeps losing iCloud+
My wife is regularly losing access to my iCloud+ that I share with her as "Family". My daughters access is not affected.
Apple support was able to help me to restore it by
Settings > Family > Subscriptions > iCloud + then tap on Stop Sharing with Family
And then re-sharing with Family.
Almost immediately my wife has access to iCloud+ again for the time being. But this is the third time.
All devices are iOS 16.4 and MacOS 13.3
Any idea what could be causing this? It seems something is going haywire on Apples back-end systems. I have had various HomeKit sharing issues as well.
