iPhone 13 pro max loses signal randomly

Recently just got an iPhone 13 pro max and compared to my old iPhone 11, this new loses signal randomly. In places I used to have great signal, now I have none. I even compared my phone to a family member (on the same service) and my phone will lose the signal while theirs does not. I’ve reset the network settings, switched to e-sim, restarted my phone, called my carrier. But still no fix. Any suggestions / next steps would be appreciated.
