iPhone 14 Pro Max poor signal

I have a bad signal problem on my iphone 14 Pro Max. I replaced the sim card and the problem is not fixed.

iPhone 13 pro max loses signal randomly Recently just got an iPhone 13 pro max and compared to my old iPhone 11, this new loses signal randomly. In places I used to have great signal, now I have none. I even compared my phone to a family member (on the same service) and my phone will lose the signal while theirs does not. I’ve reset the network settings, switched to e-sim, restarted my phone, called my carrier. But still no fix. Any suggestions / next steps would be appreciated. thanks!

I am not receiving signal in 14 pro max. But I am able to receive signal in 12 . The service people are not willing to take the compaints Does anyone have the same problem. Not receiving signal in iPhone 14 pro max . The service centre doesn’t have any answers to this. It’s been worst spending so much for nothing

I would contact your cell provider, that should be their issue.

It's not a problem with the mobile operator, I also use an Android phone and it's the same operator and I don't have a signal problem with an Android phone.
