Emails photo as attachement not embedded

I am communicating with the service hotline of a major international hotel chain - and they do not accept fotos to be embedded. I cannot change that and I understand some older IT systems have limitations. I also find is completly annoying that fotos I send are embedded in an email when I send them to my own work email. How can I send fotos as attachements with my iPhone? Why is Apple so stubborn here?
