Apple Watch Numbness and Tingling

I saw this question was posed but have not seen the resolution for it. What is causing the tingling and pain when the watch is worn and how is it resolved? I have adjusted the tightness on my watch and that did not stop the feeling. At this point I have completely stopped wearing the watch. However before switching brands I wanted to know if this could be fixed. I would prefer to fix the issue.
