How do I turn off my Iphone SE?

I can't turn off my old phone, can anybody help me?

The whole screen is unresponsive
The home button is unresponsive
Even after a forced restart the screen still won't work
I can't access the slider
Assistive touch is unresponsive

Immediate 18.1.1 update issue I just updated my iPhone (15pro) to 18.1.1 and immediately after i swipped up on the hello screen, i was faced with the screen describing the new stolen device protection features. i pressed not now and my screen has been frozen for the past 20 minutes. i am able to turn my phone off and on but every time i swipe up i get stuck on that screen. when i try to shut down my phone, I'm unable to click the new "shut down" button. how can i fix this?
