My iphone 12 carrier is lock, Sim card locked

My phone network provider show sim lock and I try all the Sims but still the same, How can I unlock my phone?

iPhone 12, iOS 16

Only the cellular carrier, whom that iPhone is locked to, can unlock it, if you're eligible.
