After Ventura update mac is stuck on login screen.

I have a mac mini m1 that ran iOS Monterey and where it used an external hard drive with my profile settings. On the iOS Ventura update, my mac mini for more than 24 hours failed to complete the 100% installation and was only around 99%. So I decided to stop the installation by doing a long press on the start button.

Then I can't complete my login after starting the mac.

I also created an admin login via terminal in safe mode and this login is working but I want to recover my profile settings.

Entering the user settings I can see all the old profiles and I can also access the external hard drive.

But the error persists on every other profile I had.

Please what can I do to recover them?
