I can't remove a number associate to my iMessage, FaceTime and iCloud. I didn't have that number before.

I tryed to self deregister (Deregister and Turn Off iMessage - Apple Support), but never received the code. I really don't know if it was sent to my valid number or to the number I want to remove.

This wrong number apper on my iCloud too and I couldn't remove it because I don't have access to the phone with this number.

Any help?
