Apple watch Modular face

My Apple Watch made an update tonight and it doesn't allow me to choose Nightguard Blood Glucose values for the middle section on Modular face anymore (graphic section). It was so fantastic - I could see last 3 readings and +/- change of BG values at a glance. How do I make my Apple watch understand that I want Nightscout in the middle section (I can choose it in top, bottom left and right but then I get only current BG reading)?

Did you update from WatchOS8? If so then the Modular face has changed permanently

If you updated from OS9.3.1 toiOS9.4 then there should be little difference

In which case I would force restart the watch. i.e. press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.

Then while the watch is restarting Force Restart the iphone

Force restart iPhone – Apple Support (UK)

Then try again. If it still fails, talk to the app developer.

Thanks for the reply. I updated from OS9.3.1 and did what you suggested but unfortunately it didn't help. It seems that for some reason Nightguard app (reads Blood Glucose levels from server) doesn't appear anymore in the complications where is some type of graph as Modular face middle section. Is there a way to fix that or add manually Nightguard app for desired complication?
