Does anyone know how to get to the Apple Music browser when it keeps bringing the app up every time I type it in the web bar or click a link?

It is expected behavior in iOS for Apple Music to redirect to the app if trying to enter the browser address in Safari or another browser.
Short of uninstalling the app, there does not appear to be a workaround to force the browser page in iOS. If you'd like to see this tweaked, we'd recommend leaving feedback here:
Regarding the issue you mention in the Apple Music app, what specially are you trying to do that can't be completed?

Every time I try to go to the Apple Music browser, it opens the app instead. Is there a way around this? I need to get to the browser bc the app keeps saying can’t be completed when presaving
