Phone won't start up.

The iPhone “iPhone” could not be updated. An unknown error occurred (75). 067E.004B

iPhone SE (first generation).

The phone started shutting off and restarting and it went into continuous restarting mode.

I followed the steps from the apple page, but it went to restore mode. I connected the phone to my iMac, then clicked restore, but it said it needs to update before restoring. I clicked update, and, after all the steps, I got error code 9. I tried different USB cables. I tried a different computer, but I either get error code 9 or 75.

Hey,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

You've gone through some great troubleshooting steps. Because you are unable to restore the device, we recommend having the device inspected by a technician. Once the device is examined, they should be able to provide you a resolution.

You can schedule a reservation here: Find Locations. You can also use the Apple Support app.

If you do not have the app installed and would like to, click here: Apple Support on the App Store

Another option is to contact Apple Support here: Contact - Official Apple Support

Take care.
