Can't redeem macOS In-App Purchase promo code

As a developer, I have only 1 macOS app. (never did an iOS one)

It's been several years I generate "In-App purchase promo code" in App Store Connect → My macOS app → Services → Promo codes → Generate → "In-App Purchase Promo Codes"

Since 3 weeks, my users and I have an error "This requires iOS 14.2 or later" when trying to use those macOS redeem codes on macOS.

Nothing to deal with iOS at all!

I'm surprised not to have found any error like this on this forum.

Any hint ?
