I thought I had a similar problem with Ventura and my LIDE 210 but the canon website directed me to the driver for Catalina 10.15 and and it worked!
apple does not write the drivers canon does, if canon choose not to support a newer os version it's their choice, operating systems could never release a new version if they had to make sure every third party hardware in existence still worked
but you can let them know your views all the same using their feedback channel
Sorry … tried .. the driver does NOT exist … canon support were useless …but thanks for replying anyway

Thanks :) tried it .. yes it works ..,but . Not paying for something that should work and has worked all the time just because Apple screws up and other companies don’t follow up!, isn’t the path I want to go .. not okay ,, but yes it works .. and thanks for you’re reply👌👌
