On my Mac mini, trying to watch Amazon Prime videos. After hitting play button, I hear the audio, it shows the video for 3 seconds, goes to black out with error message below.
"prime video can't play on this device as it does not meet content protection standards"
Apple support tells me to Amazon, and Amazon tells me to call Apple, caught in the loop.
How to fix?
The monitor is approximately 6 years old. Do I have to get a Smart device to make this work?
Problem not resolved. I have a PC and the Mac Mini. PC works fine viewing movies on Amazon Prime video, Mac Mini gets an error message for video, but audio is playing. It has to be a Mac Mini setting, how do we fix it?
