reminders not syncing with exchange?

@bbesspete, my issue is that all of my apple reminders are syncing correctly, however any task/reminder that is generated by O356 exchange is not syncing over to Mac reminders. So in reminders it shows the iCloud with all the reminder tabs, then below that it shows my O365 exchange account, but it is greyed out with nothing below it. However in O365 tasks, the task is there. As well I am operating on Ventura 13.3 hoping that the upgrade would fix it, but its still there.

In addition to this, my iPhone running ios16.3.1 works and shows all reminders from both iCloud and O365 exchange.
