My voicemail isn’t working

I have a iPhone 13 Pro Max and I did everything to see if my voicemail will work but no luck yet. I reset my iPhone still not working with my voicemail. At this point I don’t know what to do. Does anybody has the same problem?

Voicemail is a carrier feature. Contact your cellular carrier.
