Cardio Fitness not updating

My Cardio Fitness has stopped updating, possibly after the last IOS update (iPhone 13). I have tried all the published solutions, such as un-pair and re-pair my Apple watch 6, enable correct data sources and access on the Health app, check the watch settings. I have had to go through this several times in the past successfully, not so this time. I have a health condition and Cardio Fitness is a vital piece of information for me.
