Notify is damaged and can't be opened - But I cannot find the file?

UPDATE - I was able to fix this.

Today I updated my 2020 MacBook Pro to macOS Ventura 13.2.1. Upon logging in I started receiving a popup saying “Notify” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Trash. With two options "Move to Trash" or "Cancel."

When I hit Move to Trash, another pop-up followed, stating, "Notify could not be moved to Trash. Please move this item to trash manually." When I hit cancel, the pop-up goes away and returns within 20 seconds.

I saw someone on another thread mention that "Notify" is connected to Pharos - a printing app universities use and I have used in the past. But I've searched my ENTIRE computer and cannot find any application or file named "Notify." Really cannot figure this out.

Did not update with the answer, sorry.

The search in Finder did not filter through my Library or Application Support Folder. So Notify wasn't appearing in search. I manually had to go through my library to find the files. Hope this clears that up.
