Messages trackingshipment.apple.com Feature Not Working

When I click on my package numbers, which are clickable links in Messages, the trackingshipment.apple.com pop-up is only showing as blank (white). It doesn't matter if it is a USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other package delivery service.....none of them work. I used to be able to see the information in the pop-ups on my old Macbook-Air, but the feature is not working on my new 2024 Macbook-Air. Why is it not connecting/working correctly?

I can multi-click the links and they open in my web browser okay, but the pop-up feature is so convenient I would like to get it working. Is anyone else having this problem? Is this related to a system setting somewhere?

I always tracked shipments from the Notes app on my MacBook. Now I get the same white window you describe when trying to track a USPS delivery. However, a UPS tracking number works. I use that feature a lot and do miss having it.

I am experiencing exactly the same symptoms. Blank white screen on messages, but if I open the link with Safari, it displays full tracking information. I want the info displayed within messages; not in Safari. Currently running macOS Sequoia 15.3 on a Mac mini M4 pro.

Thank you mjsiny. I recently had a UPS shipment notification and the tracking worked just as you described. Perhaps it is something with USPS?

Having same blank data detector pop-up/pop-over issue for tracking numbers, in Messages, Mail, Notes, all apps.. except the blank page bug only appears for USPS tracking numbers, it works for other carriers like UPS.

Currently on Sonoma 14.7. Will be upgrading to Sequoia soon.. hopefully that will fix?
