anyone email content not loading?

email content not loading. no message, just blank "body" of mail? I have deleted and re-added the account, which worked for about 0.5 day, but happening again.

Generally speaking, if removing and re-adding the account temporarily helps, the most likely causes for this behavior will be in the settings or software for your Mac.


As a preliminary step, try Use Connection Doctor in Mail on Mac to confirm that Mac Mail is able to communicate with your email service provider over the configured settings. If not, contact your email provider to verify settings and other features such as app-specific passwords that may be necessary.


If the settings are correct, you may test in safe mode by using How to use safe mode on your Mac and follow the recommended subsequent steps based on the results of that test. Removing or disabling security or other internet-traffic-impacting software such as ad-blockers, antivirus, firewalls and the like can also be useful in determining if they are responsible for the behavior you report.
