Find my not working when using mobile data

Does anybody have the same problem as me? whenever i use the find my app it usually works with wifi but when i use mobile data it doesn’t work at all and it keeps promoting “unable to connect to server. please try again later” error. does anybody have the solution for this or is it just me?
