How to remove MDM from an iPad?

Ask the MDM administrator for assistance.

Check Settings > General > VPN & Device Management. Tap on the profile. If you see a button that says "Remove", you can remove it on your own. If you don't see that button, you'll need to contact the MDM admin. Very rarely do MDM admins remove the profile.
