How can I remove MDM from my iPad?

First backup your iPad. second reset your iPad. Now when your iPad is reset and wants you to sign in, sign in and click restore from backup.

then your iPad will have all of its contents stored but the mdm will be gone.

you contact the company that installed the MDM to remove it.

No, that will not help at all.

100% incorrect. MDM is embedded into the backup to prevent this.

start with the school then with mosyle.

Mosyle cannot remove the profile. Only the school can. Mosyle is just the MDM vendor.
