Troubleshooting eMail Accounts:

You need to add these to your device. They are not added on their own, even if enables on one device and not this one.

Add the Anew:

Remove all of these eMail Accounts, restart the Mac, and then add them back.

1. Removing: Log Out of or Remove eMail Accounts in Mail on Mac - Apple Support

2. Restart the Mac

3. Adding Back: Add eMail Accounts in Mail on Mac - Apple Support

4. Restart the Mac

Yes. Do so to all accounts. With no accounts, all of Mail will be refreshed.
