Question

iCloud install stuck at "We're gettings ready"

I installed iCloud on Windows 11, and it doesn't want to complete the setup.

When I run the app for the first time, it just stands at "We're getting things ready" and stays on 0%. I waited 15 minutes and it has not changed. I tried uninstall/reinstalling many times, disabling the firewall and my anti virus and also running it as administrator, but no joy. I already looked at this KI If you can't download or install iCloud for Windows - Apple Support and it's useless cause it doesn't cover my issue.

Is there someone out there that can help me with this problem please?
