Freezing iPhone SE 2020 (iOS 16.3.1)

Hi guys!

I have problem with my SE, because it freezes few times a day. I don't know why, because it's happening with native or non-native apps. Touch ID is working, but screen is not responding, but not totally, because it shows me sometimes the sign to uninstall apps. I have to leave the iphone for 1-2 minutes and he works again without problems. I have made factory reset, DFU and nothing helped me. It looks to me like full RAM

Iphone has 82% of battery and just 30GB from 128GB.

Have you any idea?

yes i also think so but when i am on an app and i press on home button it works immediatly and volume buttons also work instantly. the problem is purely the screen that not respond well.

i have same problem on my iphone se 2020. it seems it started freezing since last ios update. my keyboard does also not work when i press on the right letters (in my case m and p or zero when using numbers).

Restart the device. That's it.
Still not solved --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

Follow the Apple article to resolve the issue --> If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen ...

Hello,

Thank you for your answer. I have tried these steps (before DFU), but they are not solving this problem. The phone is not totally freeze, but freezes randomly few times a day for 1-2minutes (sometimes during browsing internet via Safari, sometimes during texting, etc.).

Hi, I have installed Xcode and tried to check logs from my phone...it looks to me, that some processes are using CPU more and iOS has time limitation for it -> freeze.

Event: cpu usage

It’s freezing with full indication of wifi or with data. As ahmedr9 said-home button is working, volume up/down, touch ID, too, but the screen is inactive for touch (clock app is moving too). I have to push on/off button and let the phone for 2-3minute resting and after this period it works.

I'm sure it's purely software because my iphone has never fallen and has been acting like this for 1 week.

Yes, my started this acting 28th Feb. I agree-it’s software, looks like RAM problem to me.

This may be the reason for your poor wifi connection/backend update or the official apple team can tell more accurately
