Iphone shared album notifications

Hello all :)

I have spent quite some time trying to figure out something.

I have (I am the owner) a shared album with one subscriber, all the notifications are well set up, we both receive notification when each other add a photo or add a comment or like to pictures/videos to items added by the other person.

However, when I (as the author of the photos or video) add a comment or like, the subscriber does not receive the notifications. Same goes for the subscriber, if he adds a comment or like on a photo or video added by him, I don't receive a notification about it.

Is this a known behaviour / issue, or is there something wrong that could be fixed.

Well, if you and your subscriber already tried (without success) to turn the notifications OFF, restart the device, then turn noitifications back ON (last point at the section "Manage subscribers and notifications") and if all the settings are okay (on your side and on the subscriber's side), as already suggested I would contact Apple Support directly and ask them.

If you alkready tried (to no avail) all the steps provided in this support article:--> Use iCloud Shared Albums with iPhone and the issue still persists, I suggest that you contact Apple Support directly, using this link:--> Contact Apple for support and service

Thank you for your reply.

The article only showcase how to use shared albums but does not provide specific insights about notifications or what to do in case notifications are not received.
