Turn wifi on to improve accuracy

Is it possible to stop the nag message box that turning on wifi will improve location accuracy? This is happening to me at least six times per day using many different apps that give an almost exact location even after checking do not turn on wifi. I will never turn wifi on for any reason other then when forced to take an iOS update. I don't care why having wifi on is a benefit and I have zero problems with my location accuracy, please just let me know if it's possible to stop it.
