Moving Contacts created in Icloud contact list to Office 365 account

I have a person who had his default account set to Icloud (Iphone settings / Contacts / default account). Every new contact he created went to the Icloud list. However he wanted new contacts to sync up to his Office 365 Email account. I have corrected the default to the Office 365 account, but I am trying to find the least painful way to move all of those newly created contacts into the Office 365 contact list. On the Iphone there are seperate lists but no way to simply move the contacts. In Icloud.com there is only "All Contacts" which are only the Icloud contacts. Thanks.

For help with viewing contact information from a specific account, you can check to see if the Office 365 account is enabled with the steps below found in the article here: Manage and delete contacts on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

"Turn Contacts on or off for an account

Want to add or remove all of the contacts from an account that you already set up? Just turn Contacts on or off for that account:

Go to Settings > Contacts > Accounts.
Tap the account that has contacts that you want to add or remove.
To add contacts, turn on Contacts. To remove contacts, turn off Contacts, then tap Delete from My iPhone."
