AppleCare+ being international online
If I buy AppleCare+ is it valid internationally. Like if I buy it online using USA servers is it valid for my South Africa device??

NO. AppleCare+ is valid in the country of purchase. You can't even buy an AppleCare+ plan from the US if you are in South Africa and if by chance you could, it would not be valid in South Africa.
