I know that this post is from 2 months ago, but I’m tired of reading wrong responses, everybody say something with no experience about it.
I bought my iPhone 13 in Mexico City and I used apple care + in 3 different countries,
First time I was in Spain, I went to an Apple Store, they told me that they don’t had my same model as I bought it in Mexico, so I had to wait 10 days (it was just 4 days) then I pick up my new phone, no charge for me, it was 0, i don’t know why
second time I was in USA, same thing, they had to ask for my model from other country, I told them that I was on vacation and they helped me asking for a expedited shipment, 3 days after, I got my new phone, they charge me the fee this time
third time in Colombia (there is no Apple Store there) so I went to an authorized reseller, 6 days after, I got my new phone, no charge for me this time, it was free.
Now, I bought an iPad Pro in Colombia, they don’t offer Apple care + here, so I ask to a friend in Japan to buy it to me online with her card, it works perfectly.
So yes, Apple care is worldwide.
