Apple Music not working on iPad with VPN.

Any developments on this front? I still can't play Apple Music on my iPad with a VPN activated. This is true when I am outside the US or inside the US. With all the known benefits of using VPN's to secure your data, it seems crazy that this is the case. And by the way, Apple Music on my iPhone works fine with a VPN. What gives Apple?

Apple Music: can play songs only through VPN Hi Sometimes, Apple Music app doesn’t play music, while I can browse albums and discover songs. What is interesting, if I turn on vpn - it works fine. one day it works good and another I can’t listen to music without vpn. Apple Music "Your Offline" using a VPN onnly affects iPad (not iPhone or Mac) I run a well-known VPN provider on all of my devices including a Macbook, iPad, and iPhone. Only on the iPad does it state "You're Offline" until I disconnect from the VPN service. Some items to note: This is not an update issue since I stay up to date on updates for my iPhone and iPad. This is not a general internet connectivity issue since I still can use Safari, Mail, etc. This only affects my iPad, not my iPhone or Mac which is very peculiar. As soon as I disable my VPN it works instantly (not even a refresh is required). Does Apple Music have a policy to not allow VPNs?
