How to download old version of final cut pro

Hi everyone I have a late 2011 MacBook Pro with Mac OS X Lion 10.7.2 and I want to install Final Cut Pro software but it is most likely to be impossible because it requires macOS Big Sur 11.5.1 and I prefer not to update my Mac since it has 4GB of RAM and 320ssd

For now I'm using FCPX 10.2.3; and it works pretty fine. Is there a way to buy an particular version of this software? Thank you

Even if you wanted to, your 2011 Mac cannot run Big Sur. The highest it can go is High Sierra 10.13.6.

Apple only sells the current version, using a mac that has at least Big Sur, as you noted.

If you already have bought FCP, then you can download an older version, by going to the App Store, and clicking on Purchased; then locating FCP amongst your purchases and clicking the download button. You will be advised that the current version is not compatible, and asked if you want the latest for your OS.
