Blocked emails still come to inbox

I have my Blocked Sender Option set to “Move to trash” but they come to my in box anyway with a note saying “This message is from a sender on in your blocked list.”

Apple please fix this.

To report SMS and MMS messages, contact your carrier.

If that person is in your Contacts, remove that person's information from your Contacts.

Thanks. I don’t need to know how to block it. I already blocked it. It still comes through. Looks like this:
