Screen Mirroring from iPad to Apple TV 4

I have to unplug the Ethernet connection from my Apple TV 4 in order to Screen Mirror from my IPad 10. The Apple TV doesn’t appear as a choice until I do so. The connection is lost as soon as I plug the Ethernet back in. The software is up to date, and I’ve restarted the devices, etc. Does anyone else have this problem?

How to mirror my iPhone screen to Tcl TV I’m having trouble mirroring my iPhone to my new TCL TV, it just won’t connect, even though both the phone and the TV are on the same Wi-Fi network. I never had this issue with my old TV, so I’m not sure what’s going wrong. Any ideas?
