Siri notes

Every morning at the bottom of my iPhone 12 home screen Siri is suggesting a note that I have created. Every morning it’s the same note I can’t figure out how to eliminate this.

Thanks but I haven’t used notes any more than I have over the last few years (not too frequently). It started with this one note every day now for about 2-3 weeks. Anyway to stop it?

Siri makes suggestions for what you might want to do next, such as call into a meeting or confirm an appointment, based on your routines and how you use your apps.

Change where Siri Suggestions appear

Allow Notifications.
Show in App Library & Spotlight.
Show When Sharing.
Show When Listening.
