I'm trying to create a new apple ID from any of the given ways from you but still, have the same problem.. every time I write the phone number it says that Enter the new valid one.... so when i;m getting the verification code by sms and entering it still writes the same... ENTER THE NEW VALID NUMBER... and could not finish of creating the new Apple ID... I'm from the Republic of Georgia... +995...

I have the same problem. I'm from Georgia ... I've been doing an applet for my friends for many years, but now when I want to register a new account, it shows a "Enter a valid phone number", but phone number is valid.

I'm sorry but you have not understood my question.... The issue is about Creating a new Apple ID.
I can not create a new apple ID for my child's new phone.
I mentioned above that was trying several ways... from the web, from the phone, from iTunes but without any result... the issue is the same: Enter the new Valid number.
