Audio LG tv stops with AirPods Pro 2

I have been always listen to my LG B9 tv with AirPods gen 1, but I am now trying with newly bought gen 2 and the audio stops after 2-3 minutes of listening. Then when changed to other audio channel and back to Bluetooth, it will work again for three minutes. What is this about? And can it be solved? Very much disappointed with my purchase now!


What I have already tried:

  • update all devices and try again
  • delete and reconnect device to television, and try again

To help isolate this issue, does this only occur when trying to use your AirPods with your TV? If you're unsure, try connecting these AirPods to another device such as an iPhone or Mac. If you do not experience this issue with another device, there is possibly a compatibility issue. Please contact LG to investigate:
