Connecting LG tv to personal hotspot

When I connect my LG tv to my personal hotspot on my phone I cannot watch any streaming (Discovery+ or Netflix) without constant spooling and stop/start of the sound and video. However, if I watch those services on my phone they stream perfectly.

I presume this is down to the connection between TV and phone being wireless, but it is still using the same 4G signal so why is it happening? And what can I do to prevent it?

One step you can take is to ensure that your carrier settings for your iPhone 11 are fully up-to-date, as it might help with cellular performance and this issue you're encountering. Below shows how to manually check for an update:
