Apple Watch Night texts from family

I have an Apple Watch SE and iPhone. I wear my Apple Watch to bed and I don’t want texts from my favorites to go to my watch in sleep mode. I want them to be sent to my iPhone. If it’s important that they are texting or calling that late I want to be woke up by my iPhone vibrations. Is that possible to do just during sleep mode? Or do I need to not wear my watch to bed?

Second question how I be notified that I have texts both on my watch and iPhone? Sometimes I miss it on my watch and I want to see it on my iPhone in the notifications.

As the article link Dah*veed provided suggests, notifications some to the watch or the phone. If the phone is not being used at the time the message comes, it will be delivered to your watch. And you can't selectively change this. If you truly don't want the messages on your watch while you sleep, turn off notifications to the watch each night before going to bed. You can turn them on in the morning when you wake up.
