My FaceTime won’t let me see people

When I try to FaceTime someone it won’t let me see no one or they can’t see me

FaceTime, they can always see me but I can never see them. My FaceTime is starting not to work. Every time someone calls me or I call them I can never see them it just shows their contact bubble but they can see me. Their camera is on but not on my end
