Apple Music won't download new songs on PC
iTunes on PC is not downloading music. This extends to my Android devices and iPhone as well. I can add new music to my library, but I can't download it. I repeatedly get "stopped (err = -3259)" after every failed download. I reinstalled on PC and now multiple songs won't download or play. There is plenty of storage in all devices, and my subscription was paid just a few days ago. I tried to download one of the songs that wouldn't download on my Android phone using data and it worked, but my internet connection is completely fine so I don't understand why it's not working to download over WiFi, and it's unfeasible to download music over data.
Solutions I have tried to fix this problem:
Uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes on laptop. My whole library now won't download.
Disabling and uninstalling security software, firewall. Didn't work. Went through list of ports and devices iTunes runs in the background on Windows and added them as exceptions to my security software's firewall, didn't work.
Resetting cache on iTunes. Didn't work.
Resetting DNS, resetting host thing, didn't work.
Confirming time zone settings are correct. They are, still doesn't work.
Updated to latest version of iTunes. Didn't work. Windows (11) is also updated.
Windows Hello is set up. Didn't work.
Powering off computer (duh). Didn't work. Restarting devices didn't work.
Opening iTunes in safe mode. Didn't work.
Signed out and back into iTunes. Didn't work. Tried de-authorising and re-authorising, didn't work.
This has been an issue for several days now. I am not paying an Apple Music subscription to not be able to download never mind even play the music I want.
