Flickering issue Mac mini M2 and Dell monitor Dell S3221QS

I have tried almost every possible solution from changing the display profile, resolutions, cable and whatnot. The flickering issue on Dell monitor Dell S3221QS connected to Mac mini M2 does not go away. I was using the windows PC with the same monitor for more than a year and never had a single problem. Not sure who is at fault but neither Dell nor Apple is able to provide a solution.

I tried HDMI2HDMI, TypeC2HDMI, TypeC2DP. None worked. Using DP 1.5m cable at the moment. No dongle.

I would stick to using a USB-C to DisplayPort cable with that display instead of using HDMI.

If you have a less-expensive 4K USB-C to DisplayPort cable that is not working out?

Then test a better quality 8K USB-C to DisplayPort cable.
