MBP 13 (Early 2015) battery refuses to charge

Got my battery replaced by Apple in early 2021 (around Jan). Last night there was no green light on the MagSafe so I cleaned the contact points and did a quick restart, everything was great.

Fast forward to today afternoon, I noticed the battery steadily dropping whilst plugged in and found this message.

What are my options? Im sure I'm out of the warranty stage at this point.

Is this software related or is my hardware failing me? CoconutBattery App says the battery is still in great condition.

Hard to say. Try running the Apple Diagnostics to see if any hardware issues are detected.

Try unplugging the charger from the electrical outlet for a minute in order to reset the charger's internal circuitry.

Wiggle the Magsafe connector in the port since they don't always make good contact the first or even second time. The "L" shaped Magsafe connectors may not properly seat if there is any deformation in the case around the Magsafe port.

The Magsafe port may have some very small and thin piece of metal stuck in the Magsafe port of the laptop, or perhaps even a staple...sometimes these both can be hard to detect. Did you also check the pins on the charger's Magsafe connector as well?

Try an SMC Reset.
